  1. Go to your phone's home screen and look for the SPLAT Family app icon.
  2. Tap and hold the SPLAT Family app icon.
  3. Tap the 'App info' or 'i' option.
  4. Tap the 'Storage' option.
  5. Tap the 'Clear data' button.
  6. Open your SPLAT Family app and choose the appropriate country.

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the Google accounts list and tap the 'Add another account' option.
  2. Enter the phone's password / biometrics.
  3. Enter your Google account credentials.
  4. Tap the 'I agree' button.

  1. Open your device's 'Settings' screen.
  2. Scroll all the way down to the bottom.
  3. Tap the 'About phone' option.
  4. Tap 'Software information'.

  1. If your device runs on an unsupported OS version, you won't be able to search for the app in the store.
