Groups

Creating a group

1. Open your class.
2. Tap the mode icon.
3. From the modes list, select ‘Group‘ mode.
4. Tap a learner’s name.
5. On top of the group list screen, tap the ‘+’ icon.
6. Enter the new group’s name.
7. Tap the color box to assign a group color.
8. Use the color picker to choose the group’s color.
9. Once done, tap the ‘Select‘ button.
10. Modify the order no. to organize the groups’ sequence in the group list.
11. Once done, tap the ‘Add‘ button.

Assigning learners to groups

1. Open your class
2. Tap the mode icon.
3. From the modes list, select ‘Group‘ mode.
4. Tap and hold to select the first member’s name.
5. Tap the names of the members to add them to the group.
6. Tap the ‘Group‘ icon on the upper-right corner of your screen.
7. Tap to select the appropriate group for the chosen learners.
8. Follow the same steps for the rest of the class.

Modifying a group

1. Open your class.
2. Tap the mode icon.
3. From the modes list, select ‘Group‘ mode.
4. Tap one learner’s name.
5. From the groups list, tap the pencil icon on the right side of the group to be modified.
6. Modify any of the group’s information as necessary.
7. Once done, tap the ‘Save‘ button.

Deleting a group

1. Open your class.
2. Tap the mode icon.
3. From the modes list, select ‘Group‘.
4. Tap one learner’s name.
5. From the groups list, tap the pencil icon on the right side of the group to be deleted.
6. Tap the ‘Delete‘ button.
