Graded Activity Management
Creating graded activity
- Open your class.
- Tap the mode icon beside the ‘Settings‘ or gear icon.
- From the modes list, select ‘Graded Activity‘.
- Tap the ‘No Activity‘ from the upper left corner of your screen.
- If there’s an existing activity, tap the name of the currently opened activity.
- Tap the ‘+‘ button.
- Select the ‘Type of Activity‘ using the drop-down menu.
- Enter the name of the activity.
- Key in the maximum score for the activity.
- Add a due date.
- (Optional) Add a description of the activity.
- Tap the ‘Save’ button.
Modifying an existing graded activity
- Open your class.
- Tap the mode icon beside the ‘Settings‘ or the gear icon.
- From the modes list, select ‘Graded Activity‘.
- Tap the name of the currently opened activity to see the list of existing ones.
- Choose the appropriate tab based on the type of activity to be modified.
- Look for the appropriate activity you wish to modify.
- Tap the pencil icon beside the activity to be modified.
- Modify the activity information as necessary.
- An activity can only be modified within 2 weeks from the due date.
- When modifying the max score, the new value can only be lower, if no learner got the original max score.
- Once done, tap the ‘Save‘ button.
Deleting an activity
- Open your class.
- Tap the mode icon beside the ‘Settings‘ or the gear icon.
- Select ‘Graded Activity‘ from the modes list.
- Make sure that no learners have been graded for the activity to be deleted.
- Tap the currently opened activity to open the activity list.
- Open the activity to be deleted.
- Verify if any learners have been graded for the activity.
- Remove the grades of learners who have been graded for the activity.
- Tap the learner’s name.
- Tap the ‘Clear‘ button.
- Tap the ‘Enter‘ button.
- Once you have verified that no learners have been graded for the activity, tap the
activity name to open the activity list. - Look for the activity to be deleted.
- Tap the pencil icon beside the appropriate activity.
- Tap the ‘Delete‘ button.
